These Terms govern your use of the Pady mobile application, website, and related services (the "Services") operated by Edge Financial Technologies Ltd. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a Nigerian resident, and able to enter into a binding contract.
2. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We may suspend an account that we reasonably believe is being used for unlawful activity, with notice where the law permits.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Pady to violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, or send spam. You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or harm the Services.
4. Fees
Current fees are published at padymoney.com/pricing. We will give you 30 days' in-app notice before any fee increase.
5. Banking partner
Pady is a technology platform. Deposit and lending services are provided by our licensed banking partners. Customer balances are insured under the NDIC scheme up to ₦5,000,000.
6. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pady's total liability to you under these Terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time from the app. We may close yours with 30 days' notice, or immediately for cause, with funds returned to you per applicable regulations.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State.
